It’s What’s Inside That Counts
Cheaper is definitely not best when it comes to ingredients. Ensuring the quality and nutritional value of the raw materials that go into our meals is everything to us. We read all the latest science and have trust in the power of natural whole food ingredients that have being consumed for thousands and millions of years. This is what our body knows and needs.
We are guided by our passionate chefs and in-house nutritionist who dedicate their lives to producing food as medicine.

Whole Food Ingredients
We trust nature to create foods that naturally feed a diverse range of gut bacteria and help our body thrive. We only use items that are as nature created them – unfortunately that rules out 95% of supermarket food that is highly processed with many unnatural additives and preservatives. Don’t trust big food companies to care about your health.
Nourishing Your Gut
There is nothing that makes you gut microbiome happier than being fed a diet of a wide variety of delicious whole food plant and meat based meals that deliver the necessary fibre, vitamins, minerals, complex carbohydrates, proteins and fats,
Our meat meals are paleo friendly offering quality proteins, great fats and often no dairy or grain.

Most of our dishes are keto friendly with low levels of carbohydrates, moderate protein and great fats.
You will find most of our meals are dairy free for those who have lactose intolerance.
For desserts we use moderate amounts of honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar and avoid highly refined and processed white sugar.

We are careful where we source our meat and use suppliers who promote regenerative agriculture and ethical meat consumption and who source directly from local farms.
