We only use items that are as nature created them – unfortunately that rules out 95% of supermarket food that is highly processed with many unnatural additives and preservatives. We avoid industrial seed oils at all costs because they are highly refined and toxic. We use fats as close to their original source as possible including butter, gee, olive oil and coconut oil because they are highly stable and full of brain boosting vitamins and minerals.

Most of our dishes are keto friendly with low levels of carbohydrates, moderate protein and great fats.

Dairy Free
You will find most of our meals are dairy free for those who have lactose intolerance.

Natural Sugars
For desserts we use moderate amounts of honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar and avoid highly refined and processed white sugar.

We recognise that meat consumption is a choice and we provide options for all preferences.
